Waunakee Softball Booster Club

The Waunakee Softball Booster Club is a volunteer-run organization established to assist, promote and support the Waunakee Community High School Softball Program. Our goal is to enhance the experience of our student athletes, coaches, families and community. We provide financial support for program and facility improvements through fundraising and securing sponsorships and donations.

What else do we do?

-Seek opportunities to promote our teams by maintaining website, social media accounts and informing local media of newsworthy events.
-Plan, coordinate, and promote special recognition events.
-Produce and distribute branded items such as clothing, yard signs, window clings and posters.
-Plan and coordinate team building activities.
-Coordinate operation of game day activities and away game food.
-Provide administrative support so our coaches can focus on coaching.
-Organize team photography, senior banners and yearbook photos.
-Responsible for distribution and collection of team uniforms and other equipment.
-Provide and maintain systems to register players, collect fees, manage distribution lists and team and family communication.
-Raise funds to accomplish our goals.
